Terms of Use

Last updated November 1, 2026

In short

A grown-up sets up Eagerly Earn and is responsible for how it's used. Apple handles the subscription. Keep exercise safe and stop if anything hurts. The lock is Apple's Screen Time, and no app can promise it never misses.

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Eagerly Apps LLC ("we", "us"), a company in Massachusetts, USA, for the Eagerly Earn app and this website. By downloading or using Eagerly Earn, you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two differ, these terms apply where the law allows.

Who sets it up

Eagerly Earn must be set up by an adult who is the parent or legal guardian of the child, or who has their permission. You accept these terms for yourself and for the child who uses the app, and you are responsible for how the app is set up and used. The child needs a child Apple Account in your Family Sharing group, which is Apple's requirement for Screen Time controls.

Subscription and free trial

  • Eagerly Earn Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, yearly or monthly, sold through the App Store. The price and length are shown before you confirm.
  • A free trial may be offered for new subscribers. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and you're charged.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless it's turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
  • Family Sharing is on, so one subscription can cover your family group.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
  • When a trial or subscription ends, earning pauses and the locked apps open again until a grown-up renews.

Exercise safety

The moves in Eagerly Earn are simple exercises using body weight. You decide whether they are right for your child.

  • Check with a doctor first if your child has a health condition, an injury, or has been told to limit exercise.
  • Clear enough room, use a floor that isn't slippery, and set the phone or tablet where it can't fall or be stepped on.
  • Watch younger children. Your child should stop and rest if anything hurts or they feel dizzy or unwell.
  • Turn off moves that don't suit your child or your home, or turn on No jumping.

Eagerly Earn is not medical or fitness advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor's guidance.

How the lock works

Eagerly Earn uses Apple's Screen Time to lock and unlock apps. We work hard to make it reliable, but Apple controls how Screen Time works, and it can change with iOS updates. We can't promise that every app stays locked at every moment, that a lock can never be got around, or that the camera counts every rep exactly. Eagerly Earn helps a family keep its own rules; it does not replace a grown-up's care and attention.

Fair use

Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others. The app and this website, including their names, logo, pictures and text, belong to Eagerly Apps LLC. Apple, iPhone, iPad, App Store, Screen Time and Face ID are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury that happens while exercising. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. When we change the terms in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date at the top. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it and cancelling the subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
